Gardening Cuttings: What's that tree?

THREE events take place today in Nottinghamshire's Festival of Parks and Gardens: a tree-identification workshop at Rufford Country Park, a short course on creating a wildlife garden in Sherwood Forest Country Park (11am-1pm, pounds 2.50), and a garden festival in Thoresby Park, near Ollerton, Newark (11am-4pm, admission pounds 2), where 100 exhibitors will be selling seeds, bulbs and furniture.
