THE Herb Society is holding its summer seminar next Saturday, from 10am to 5pm at Cambridge University's Botanic Garden. There is a full programme of lectures, including a talk by food historian, Maggie Black, on New World herbs in early Stuart cookery. Peter Orris will give a guided tour of the garden.
