Hardy hybrids

This Wednesday, 7 June, there will be a rare opportunity to get inside the two-acre rhododendron garden at Belsay Hall, Northumberland, with head gardener, Stephen Anderton. This part of the garden is usually closed to the public and Mr Anderton, together with senior gardener Paul Harrigan, will answer questions about the cultivation of their hardy hybrids. The tour starts at 7.30pm. Admission pounds 3. Further information on 01661 881636.
