BARGAIN-snatchers had a field day when more than 100 overseas properties came under the hammer at a Heathrow hotel recently. A 73-acre Normandy farm went for pounds 40,000 and a three-bed Costa del Sol villa fetched pounds 52,000 - half the price asked by agents, according to International Property Auctions.
