Britons beat the Americans to rent

Renting remains fashionable among young professionals. A survey by Cluttons London Residential shows a swing towards renting out of choice. More than half their clients were young professionals, either relocating, or choosing to rent for the convenience and flexibility. Where Americans have traditionally been the largest group in the market, the British now outnumber them three to one.
