Not many London homes can boast a tunnel in the cellar, but Glycine House in Hampton Court, near Kingston, has one with royal connections. George I's physician reputedly lived there and used it to attend on His Majesty in the adjoining Hampton Court Palace. Hamptons is looking for offers of around pounds 450,000 for the four-bedroom property.
