Creative outdoor designs at SUN 2010

The 28th annual SUN exhibition of outdoor products, design accessories and furnishings includes several new exhibitions to provide a more interactive experience between visitors and exhibitors.

Held in Italy at the Rimini expo center October 14-16, this year's event presents "SUN.LAB for a creative outdoor," and the theme is playing. SUN.LAB is designed as an open space for research and innovation which promotes new concepts and innovative designs in the field of outdoor furnishings.

Thirty-five of the most lauded and most innovative concepts from Italian and foreign designers as well as from students of European universities will be exhibited as part of SUN.LAB.

Other events at this year's SUN exhibition of outdoor products, design accessories and furnishings include GIOSUN - a showcase of outdoor games, Urban Style which focuses on lighting design and SUNaguae which provides the latest in pools, mini-spa and hot tub technology.

The Spoga gafa garden design trade show held September 5-7 in Cologne also showcased the latest in outdoor design including outdoor sofas and heating systems.
