Sir Clive Sinclair, who has been spied viewing smart London properties, has bought a second flat in the block off Curzon Street where he lives. He bought it from Chestertons who are also selling a flat in Berkeley Square. The sixth-floor flat is well-placed for high-lifers, being just four doors down from Annabel's. With a 40-year lease, it is priced at pounds 525,000.
