"We want to move to Spain, where we hope to run our own windsurfing holiday business. Tarifa is one of the top locations in the world for this activity, but we also want to offer other outdoor activities in Andalucia and North Africa, as David is a qualified mountain and ski guide. We want as many acres as possible and some existing construction that we can make habitable as soon as possible to reduce the time that we have to rent. We are prepared to do a lot of the work ourselves.
