Parma go into Wednesday's second leg of the Uefa Cup final holding a 1-0 advantage over Juve.
Lazio, who again left out the unsettled Paul Gascoigne, move into fourth place ahead of their local rivals, Roma, after beating Internazionale 4-1.
An early second-half goal from Paul Le Guen gave Paris St-Germain a 1- 0 win over Strasbourg in the French Cup final.
