Jeff Blake threw for 275 yards and three touchdowns, and Doug Pelfrey added two field goals to lead the Cincinnati Bengals to a 27-9 away victory over the struggling Pittsburgh Steelers on Wednesday night. It was the Steelers' fourth defeat in five games.
