This could be a make-or-break week for Roberto Martinez, who is the hot favourite to be the next Premier League manager to be sacked.

His Everton side face a Merseyside derby at Anfield on Wednesday night and then play Manchester United in a Wembley FA Cup semi-final three days later.

Punters believe Martinez’s men may have one eye on the Cup when they take on Liverpool. The Everton manager, whose side have little to play for in the Premier League, could rest key men ahead of their Wembley date.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, meanwhile, will field his strongest XI. His side, who are unbeaten in five matches and have lost just once at home in the League since last November, are 3-4 with BetVictor to beat their neighbours.

Everton, who have failed to win any of their previous five matches, can be backed at 19-5 to win and the draw is 3-1.

BetVictor’s Charlie McCann said: “Liverpool have been backed off the boards with Everton’s semi-final less than 72 hours later.”
