Robbie Regan, the European flyweight champion, has had his first world title challenge postponed after the holder, Alberto Jimenez, withdrew from their 22 April date with an arm injury. Jimenez, who won the World Boxing Organisation title last year South Africa's Jake Matlala, suffered the injury in training and will not be able to resume for two weeks.
