Roy Jones Jnr, generally regarded as the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world, will meet Mike McCallum for World Boxing Council light-heavyweight title, which is soon to become vacant, in Tampa, Florida, on 22 November. Jones, 27, who has a 33-0 record with 29 knockouts, has made five successful defences of his 168-pound super-middleweight crown since beating James Toney two years ago. He will be stepping up to the 175-pound class against the 39-year-old McCallum.
