Amir Khan travels to New York to challenge pound-for-pound champion Terence Crawford for his WBO welterweight world title at Madison Square Garden on April 20.

It’s a daunting task for the Bolton-based fighter, with Crawford undefeated in 34 professional fights, having won his last five – all world title fights – by knockout.

Khan has only had two bouts since returning to the sport and was knocked down by fringe contender Samuel Vargas in his most recent outing last September.

Kell Brook will be attending the bout and has promised to challenge the winner.
