Tony Doyle, the British Cycling Federation president, has vowed to complete his term of office after the board passed a vote of no confidence in him. Doyle was questioned about his alleged comments on the BCF's decision to take over promotion of August's World Track Championships in Manchester from a company with which he has business links.
