Chen Xinhua, the England No 2, faces a European Table Tennis Union inquiry into alleged dissent at an Olympic qualifying event in Manchester. Chen, who was acting as a coach for England, refused to leave courtside after being ordered to and apparently removed the umpire's glasses in a gesture of protest.
