Allan Border took three wickets to help his Australian side to a seven-wicket victory over South Africa in a one-dayer in East London. South Africa made only 158 after opting to bat, and the Waugh twins, Steve and Mark, put on 88 to see the Australians home. Shane Thomson and Adam Parore also put on 88 to steer New Zealand to victory over India off the penultimate ball in Christchurch.
