Cricket: Such too much
England A 220 and 286-9
Australian Academy 231 and 194
England A win by 81 runs
PETER SUCH, the Essex off-spinner, finished with match figures of 11 for 144 as England A secured the first win of their Australian tour in Melbourne yesterday.
England A's total of 286 for 9 looked inadequate when the Academy raced to 164 for 3. Such then took two vital wickets as the Academy slumped to 194, their last seven wickets falling for 30 runs.
