ENGLAND'S winter tour of India will not be affected by David Gower's allegation of ball-tampering in a 1990 Test. Chandappa Nagaraj, the secretary for the Board of Control of Cricket in India, said yesterday: 'It's absurd to presume that England's tour was in jeopardy.'
