England and Australia will have the choice of two types of ball for the third Test at Trent Bridge which begins on Thursday. It follows the Test and County Cricket Board's decision yesterday to lift the month-old ban on balls manufactured by the British Cricket Ball company. Graham Gooch and Allan Border will choose either the reprieved Duke or the Reader ball which was used in the first two Tests.
