Ashes 2015: How to get a refund for Day Five tickets to Lord's
Australia's easy win meant Day Five was not required
England's 405-run thrashing at Lord's was a jolt back to reality after the excitement of the first Test in Cardiff.
About the only thing that could have made the four-day humiliation any worse though was having tickets for the fifth day that never was, England's capitulation preventing the opportunity of a day at the cricket.
With play not making it that far in the second Investec Ashes Test, Day Five ticket holders are of course entitled to a full refund.
According to the Lord's website:
MCC will automatically generate a full refund to the original ticket purchasers only, either by refunding his or her credit or debit card or by sending a cheque.
Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed.
Please do not send your tickets into the Lord's Ticket Office.
For refund queries please telephone 0207 432 1000, or email ticketing@lords.org
And for those still craving some Anglo-Australian cricket action at the ground, the MCC take on Melbourne Cricket Club there on Tuesday 21st July, with free entry.
