The former England opener Geoffrey Boycott is the new president of Yorkshire. The 71-year-old replaces Ray Illingworth having won 91 per cent of a members' vote.

The move completes a period of change at Headingley, with former Australia paceman Jason Gillespie drafted in to coach a side relegated from Division One of the County Championship last season.
