Kenyan captain Jimmy Kamande called for a fitting send-off for veteran Steve Tikolo in his final match. But Tikolo mustered only 10 as Kenya were bowled out for 147, chasing Zimbabwe's 308. Touchingly, after his dismissal, Zimbabwe's players shook Tikolo's hand and he left to a standing ovation, fighting tears.
Ponting on edge
Australia's run of 34 World Cup wins ended on Saturday with loss to Pakistan. They passed Australia's 176 with four wickets and nine overs to spare. Ricky Ponting failed again, and refused to walk after his edge wasn't spotted. "I knew I hit it but I wait for the umpire to give me out," he said. "That's the way I've always played."
