ENGLAND's international match with Croatia at Wembley next month was called off yesterday because of the war in the former Yugoslavia. It is another setback for the England coach Terry Venables's preparations for next year's European Championship after the cancellation of a match against Germany on Hitler's birthday and the violence which curtailed the game against the Republic of Ireland.
