Former Tour de France champion Alberto Contador will front a newly bought-out team next season after Riis Cycling was snapped up by Russian businessman Oleg Tinkov.
The deal for the Denmark-based team sees the company rebranded as Tinkoff Sport, with the team to be known as Tinkoff-Saxo, and the target is to become world leaders. As well as Contador, the team's roster includes Ireland's Nicolas Roche.
