Chris Paul and Devin Booker showed off their NBA Championship credentials – combining for 71 points as the Phoenix Suns booked a spot in the Western Conference finals.

The Suns outshone the Denver Nuggets 125-118 to sweep the best-of-seven series 4-0 and will go on to face the Utah Jazz or Los Angeles Clippers.

Phoenix have scored freely in the series – at least 116 in every game – and the fourth encounter in Colorado was no different.

Chris Paul finished with 37 and Devin Booker had 34, with the latter adding 11 rebounds and four assists, while Denver were not helped by the ejection of MVP Nikola Jokic for a flagrant foul in the third quarter after taking a swing at Cameron Payne.

In the Eastern Conference semi-finals, the Milwaukee Bucks drew their series against the Brooklyn Nets level at 2-2 with a 107-96 victory.

Brooklyn’s Kyrie Irving left after 17 minutes on court and 11 points, while Kevin Durant was the only other Nets player to reach double figures with 28 points.

James Harden is still out injured for Brooklyn, the second seed in the East.

Milwaukee, who were 2-0 down in the best-of-seven series, recorded their second consecutive win at home with Giannis Antetokounmpo scoring 34 and Khris Middleton 19.
