Wales' injury woe goes on. Derwyn Jones has joined the list of injured international players just four weeks before the defending Five Nations champions travel to Paris for the opening match, writes Robert Cole.
The 6ft 10in lock will have an X-ray on a back injury aggravated during Cardiff's defeat by Pontypridd on Thursday and he fears he could be forced to miss the next two weeks of Welsh preparation.
Jones finished the match but Cardiff's coaching organiser, Alex Evans, believes the problem had been a result of the tough national training session earlier in the week.
