This year's William Hill Sports Book of the Year was won by the American author John Feinstein for A Good Walk Spoiled which is published by Little, Brown. It is the first time in the seven years of the award that a book about golf has won. Feinstein's prize is pounds 5,000, plus a free pounds 500 bet.
