Derby yesterday revealed plans to build a new 30,000 seater stadium on a site in Pride Park, despite starting work on redeveloping the Baseball Ground.

Ferenc Puskas, the former captain of Hungary, has been named Goalscorer of the Century by the International Federation of History and Statistics. "I guess I was always nearest the goal," said Puskas, 68, who scored 780 goals in 823 first-class matches.
