Poland's Chorzow stadium has been banned indefinitely from staging internationals after crowd trouble at last month's World Cup qualifier against England. Fifa, the international governing body, has also fined the Polish football association Sfr20,000 (pounds 9,000) for incidents at the 29 May tie.
