The Norwich City midfielder Andy Johnson has completed his pounds 2.2m move to Nottingham Forest.

Wimbledon are poised to sign the Welsh international midfielder, Ceri Hughes, from Luton for pounds 750,000, pending a medical today.

Barnsley have completed the signing of the Slovenian defender, Ales Krizan, for pounds 450,000 from Maribor Branik.

Wolves are to give trials to two Ukrainian internationals from Dynamo Kiev: the midfielder Yuri Maximov and the striker Viktor Leonenko, and a French striker, Eugene Dadi, formerly with Marseille.
