On Milan's books as an 11- year-old, he made his unlikely move to West Brom after asking his agent to find an English club and deciding he liked The Hawthorns. Broke into the side last September and is becoming a first-team regular.

The consistent Middlesbrough defender should not take offence if the Riverside crowd seem to be chanting "Get him off" whenever he touches the ball. More likely they're shouting "Get 'em off" on account of his startling resemblance to the disrobing Full Monty star, Robert Carlyle.
