Tottenham Hotspur pulled off a historic comeback to defeat Ajax 3-2 in Amsterdam and secure a place in the Champions League final.

Leading 1-0 on aggregate after the first leg, Ajax took a commanding lead of the tie when their 19-year-old captain Matthijs De Ligt headed home from a corner after just four minutes.

Hakim Ziyeck then scored a spectacular first-time goal, curving away from Hugo Lloris and into the top corner after 35 minutes to seemingly put the tie to bed.

But two goals from Lucas Moura in the space of four minutes left this semi-final on tenterhooks. The first a calm finish on the counter-attack after Dele Alli's chop inside set the Brazilian free on goal. The second requiring a brilliant piece of footwork to score on the rebound after Andre Onana's fantastic save.

And with just seconds remaining Moura completed his hat-trick, scything home from 18 yards, to secure one of Spurs' greatest wins and a Spanish showdown against Liverpool.
