Werder Bremen stunned the Italian giants Juventus last night with two goals in the last three minutes for a stunning 3-2 Champions' League victory in Bremen.

The German side went ahead early on when Miroslav Klose's shot was blocked and Christian Schulz scored, but the Italians equalisedwhen Patrick Vieira set up Pavel Nedved for a cool finish. Juve led with eight minutes to go via a David Trezeguet header, but then Tim Borowski stole ine to score. The home fans were still celebrating that goal when Johan Micoud applied the final touch to a scrappy but most dramatic of winners.

In the night's other Champions' League game, Internazionale were held to a 2-2 draw in Ajax, who went in front via a class finish from the in-form Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. The Dutch doubled their lead when Urby Emanuelson's cross was converted by Mauro Rosales but Inter pulled a goal back as Dejan Stankovic fired home four minutes after the break and Julio Cruz grabbed the equaliser four minutes from time.
