Fulham could make a surprise return to the Europa League via Uefa's Fair Play system.
Each season the top three countries in the Fair Play League receive an extra Europe place, and England sit second behind Norway. The highest-placed team in the Premier League's Fair Play table who have not otherwise qualified for Europe are put forward, and with Chelsea in line to secure a Champions League spot, 2010 Europa League finalists Fulham are next in line.
