Internazionale president Massimo Moratti has played down rumours coming out of Italy linking his club with a sensational move for Real Madrid ace Kaka.
Il Corriere dello Sport suggested that the 28-year-old Brazil forward could be tempted back to Italy after just one season in La Liga, with Kaka having made his name at the San Siro with AC Milan.
However, Moratti responded by telling reporters: “I read about it in this morning's papers. It's a wonderful idea, but it doesn't come from us.”
Kaka, who spent six years with the Rossoneri before heading to Spain, is currently sidelined by a knee injury which will keep him out of action for several months.
