It is up to Inter Milan whether Mario Balotelli remains at the San Siro next season, according to the player's agent.

Manchester United and Manchester City are thought to be among several clubs interested in signing the 19-year-old striker.

But the Italy under-21 international has three years left on his contract with Inter and could remain with the European champions.

Balotelli's agent Mino Raiola told Gazzetta dello Sport: "The offers from the two Manchester clubs? Offers have arrived from all the top clubs in Europe.

"Mario has never asked to leave the club.

"He would happily remain but it is Inter that has to decide his future."

Balotelli was dropped from Inter's team for several games earlier this year by former coach Jose Mourinho because of his poor attitude.

However, Raiola says his client has put that behind him and could, if Mourinho wanted him, play for the Portuguese coach at Real Madrid.

"The disagreements with Mou (Mourinho) have been overcome," said Raiola. "Besides, Mario unlike others, knows how to forgive."
