Manchester United Champions League draw: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side learn 2020 group stage opponents
United will face PSG, RB Leipzig and Istanbul Basaksehir

Manchester United were handed a treacherous draw in the Champions League, with last year’s finalists Paris Saint-Germain, semi-finalists RB Leipzig and Turkish champions Istanbul Basaksehir joining Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side in the group stage.
United, who were knocked out in the Europa League semi-finals by Sevilla last season, earned their place in the Champions League with a third-placed finish in the Premier League .
When they last played in the competition in the 2018/19 season, United upset PSG in a famous victory in Paris as Marcus Rashford scored a penalty in the fourth minute of added time to reach the quarter-finals. However, United were comfortably beaten by Barcelona in the last eight, losing 4-0 on aggregate.
Leipzig are not as strong an outfit as last season, having sold striker Timo Werner to Chelsea for £53m, while Basaksehir’s squad features a hoard of ex-Premier League stars, including former Manchester United full-back Rafael.
