Mourinho and Pepe banned
The Real Madrid defender Pepe was given a two-match ban yesterday for insulting the referee after the stormy 1-1 draw at Villarreal on Wednesday.
Sergio Ramos, however, had one of his two yellow cards overturned and will be free to face Real Sociedad tonight. Coach Jose Mourinho and midfielder Mesut Ozil, shown red cards in the game, received one-match bans. Mourinho's assistant, Rui Faria, got a two-game ban after being sent from the dugout.
