Mourinho says Inter can't be stopped on Scudetto march

Jose Mourinho claims nobody can stop his Internazionale side winning the Scudetto this season following their weekend victory over Fiorentina.

Inter responded to their Champions League exit at the hands of Manchester United by winning 2-0 at the San Siro to preserve their seven-point lead at the top of the table.

Two goals from Zlatan Ibrahimovic secured their latest victory and afterwards Mourinho was in defiant mood.

"With this character, my team will win the Scudetto," he claimed.

"We played with great determination and spirit, so if we can continue to do this then we will surely win the championship."

Meanwhile, Juventus do not expect Giorgio Chiellini to miss any games despite the defender suffering a broken nose at the weekend.

The Italy international sustained a nasal fracture during his side's 4-1 victory over Bologna at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday, but is expected to play against AS Roma next weekend in a protective mask.

"Giorgio Chiellini suffered a nasal fracture in the match with Bologna," confirmed a club statement.

"The player will undergo surgery on Monday to reduce the fracture.

"It is likely that the player will resume training 48 hours after the surgery by wearing a guard."

Elsewhere, AC Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti has once again said he has no intention of leaving the club this summer.

Rumours have suggested that the Rossoneri will dispense with Ancelotti's services if they do not qualify for next season's Champions League.

However, Milan are on course to clinch a top-three finish after beating Siena 5-1 at the weekend, with Ancelotti saying after the rout: "I love it here. I intend to respect my contract and I am just focused on claiming a top-three finish.

"I just need to remain calm and relaxed, but I hope that things will stay the same."

Of his side's display against Siena, he added: "Just like last week's match against Atalanta, we suffered after taking the lead and Siena put pressure on our back-line.

"But things changed after our second goal on the stroke of half-time and we definitely improved after the interval, when Kaka came on and his pace helped us hit Siena on the counter-attack.”
