Tito Vilanova, Pep Guardiola's highly-rated former assistant, has agreed a two-year deal to become Barcelona coach.

"Vilanova will sign his contract on 15 June. The presentation will take place on Friday at the Nou Camp," Barcelona announced.

Vilanova, 42, had been at Guardiola's side since the two took the reins at the Barça B team in 2007.
