New Tottenham stadium in numbers

Tottenham took a slender lead in their Champions League quarter-final tie with Manchester City after a tense and tight first leg.

Son Heung-min’s second-half goal was the difference as Spurs claimed a 1-0 advantage to take north in a week’s time.

The only disappointment for Spurs was the injury to Harry Kane, which appeared a nasty one, as he was seen hobbling down the tunnel.

Pep Guardiola will have been frustrated after Sergio Aguero squandered a penalty in the first half, saved by Hugo Lloris.
