And then there were 12. Real Madrid may be the two biggest club in the world by most measures but they are out of the Champions League.

Worse than that, they're out of our Champions League power rankings, where we rate each of the remaining sides on their perceived chance of winning the big-eared trophy at Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano stadium in June.

So who goes where now? Tottenham are in the last eight after a convincing win over Borussia Dortmund while Ajax, memorably, qualified at the Bernabeu on Tuesday night.

Manchester United have flown up the rankings after that incredible comeback in Paris on Wednesday night.

So where are they in our final 12?
