Tottenham and Liverpool's youth teams will compete at White Hart Lane tonight in the quarter-final of the NextGen Series.

The competition, new for this season, is effectively a Champions League for under-19s. Players must be born in 1993 or later, although two born in 1992 are allowed in squads.

Spurs and Liverpool are playing for the right to face either Barcelona or Ajax in the semi-final next month.
