Manchester United team news: Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard sent home from training with illness
United pair pictured leaving Carrington early on Friday morning

Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard are doubts for Manchester United’s FA Cup third round tie against Wolves after being sent home from training ill.
The pair were pictured arriving at United’s Carrington training base on Friday morning but both left after just a quarter of an hour.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said on Friday that several United players were feeling under the weather and could miss Saturday’s trip to Molineux.
“There are a couple of illnesses and colds, which is normal for this time, so I’ll have to see who wakes up tomorrow and feels OK,” he said.
Martial and Lingard have since been confirmed as two of those suffering from an illness, with several other United first-team players already unavailable.
Paul Pogba is sidelined for at least a month with a fresh ankle injury. Solskjaer confirmed on Friday that it is not a recurrence of the problem which sidelined the midfielder for three months until recently.
Scott McTominay’s knee injury is likely to keep him out of action for at least two months, while Axel Tuazebe, Marcos Rojo, Eric Bailly and Timothy Fosu-Mensah are still out of contention.
“Paul is out,” Solskjaer said. “Axel, Eric, Tim are getting closer but won’t be ready for this. Rojo won’t be ready for this.
“Paul came back after a long spell out, two games, had a reaction, couldn’t go to Burnley, felt his ankle was sore, we did a scan. And it’s not the same injury, it’s a different injury.
“Of course, when you get that scan, we speak to him, you consult your own medical people as well like I did, when I did my operation. You want the best second opinion and the advice was to have it done. It’s not a major one and probably, as I said, three or four weeks.”
