Gareth Southgate on England vs Kosovo

England suffered their first European qualification defeat in ten years as they were stunned by the Czech Republic in Prague.

The Three Lions started well and appeared to be on course for another routine victory when Harry Kane scored a penalty in just the fifth minute.

But defender Jakub Brabec levelled the score when he bundled the ball home just four minutes later.

England failed to get a grip of the game and then conceded again in the second-half. 30-year-old debutant Zdenek Ondrasek beat Jordan Pickford from close range as England slipped to an unexpected defeat.

Here are our player ratings.
