Sven Goran Eriksson's Lazio face a tough game in Serie A against Milan tonight and Gennaro Gattuso, the Milan midfielder who scored the winning goal against England - Eriksson's next managerial assignment - in Turin on Wednesday, will be in action.

Sven Goran Eriksson's Lazio face a tough game in Serie A against Milan tonight and Gennaro Gattuso, the Milan midfielder who scored the winning goal against England - Eriksson's next managerial assignment - in Turin on Wednesday, will be in action.

Last season's fixture provided a thrilling 4-4 draw and a hat-trick for the Milan striker Andrei Shevchenko. Milan are without the suspended midfielder Massimo Ambrosini, while Lazio's Juan Sebastian Veron will require a fitness test on a knee injury.

Tomorrow Verona, unbeaten in three home games this season, entertain Fabio Capello's vibrant Roma. The visitors are strengthened by the return from injury of Gabriel Batistuta and Francesco Totti. That means Vincenzo Montella will drop to the substitutes' bench.
