Robin van Persie has been included in the Netherlands squad for the friendly against Turkey in Amsterdam on 17 November. The Arsenal striker is approaching full fitness having been out of action with an ankle injury since late August, but his selection is unlikely to go down well with manager Arsène Wenger, who claimed last month that Van Persie had "no chance" of playing. There is still no place for Manchester City midfielder Nigel de Jong in the squad.
