World Cup 2014 Video: England's preparations have been good, but their World Cup starts now after they arrive in Brazil
VIDEO: Sam Wallace says that the lack of attention in Miami has suited Roy Hodgson and his England squad

England's preparations for the 2014 World Cup are finally complete after the squad left their training base in Miami, where they have spent the past week.
The Independent's chief football correspondent Sam Wallace has been following Roy Hodgson's squad every step of the way, reporting on everything from the latest injury news to how the squad has been performing in training.
In the latest of his video diary in Miami, Sam Wallace says that England's preparations have been almost perfect, with the squad creating very little in terms of attention during their stay in Florida.
Over the past few weeks, the players have been training in layers to try and replicate the intense temperatures that they will experience in the Amazonian city of Manuas when they take on Italy in their opening Group D match, and it is something that some, including Adam Lallana, are still doing.
